সারমর্ম

১) একুশে ফেব্রুয়ারি সকল শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান ও দপ্তরের সঠিক নিয়মে, সঠিক রং ও মাপের জাতীয় পতাকা অর্ধনমিত রাখা হবে। সূর্যোদয়ের সময় জাতীয় পতাকা উত্তোলন ও সূর্যাস্তের সময় জাতীয় পতাকা নামাতে হবে। জাতীয় পতাকা অর্ধনমিত রাখার ক্ষেত্রে সঠিক নিয়ম অনুসরণ করতে হবে।

২) যথাযোগ্য মর্যাদায় দিবসটি উদযাপনের লক্ষ্যে জাতীয় কর্মসূচির সাথে সঙ্গতি রেখে দেশের সকল শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানকে স্ব- স্ব কর্মসূচি প্রণয়নপূর্বক উদযাপনের ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করতে হবে। । দিবসটি উদযাপনের লক্ষ্যে প্রতিটি বিদ্যালয় স্লিপের বরাদ্দকৃত অর্থ হতে অনধিক ৩০০০ টাকা ব্যয় করতে পারবে। ২) জেলা প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা অফিসারগণ সংশ্লিষ্ট জেলা তথ্য অফিস হতে প্রয়োজনীয় সংখ্যক পোস্টার গ্রহণ, বিতরণ ও সাঁটানো নিশ্চিত করবেন।

৩) শহীদ দিবস ও আন্তর্জাতিক মাতৃভাষা দিবস উপলক্ষে জেলা ও উপজেলা পর্যায়ে স্থানীয় প্রশাসনের সাথে সমন্বয়ের মাধ্যমে শিশুদের নিয়ে আলোচনা সভাসহ চিত্রাংকন প্রতিযোগিতা ছড়া পাঠ, কবিতা পাঠ, নান্দনিক হাতের লেখা প্রতিযোগিতা, রচনা প্রতিযোগিতা ও সাংস্কৃতিক অনুষ্ঠান আয়োজন করতে হবে।

৪) ভাষা শহীদদের রুহের মাগফেরাতের জন্য মসজিদ মন্দির গির্জা ও অন্যান্য উপাসনালয়ে দোয়া/প্রার্থনার আয়োজন করতে হবে।

৫) জেলা ও উপজেলা স্থানীয় জেলা প্রশাসন কর্তৃক গৃহীত সকল কর্মসূচিতে যথাযথ স্বাস্থ্যবিধি অনুসরণ করে অংশগ্রহণ করতে হবে।

Summary

1) National flag of correct color and size will be kept at half-mast in all educational institutions and departments on February 1st. The national flag should be hoisted at sunrise and lowered at sunset. Proper rules should be followed in keeping the national flag at half mast.

2) In order to celebrate the day with due dignity, all the educational institutions of the country should prepare their own programs in accordance with the national programme. . Each school can spend not more than Rs.3000 from the allocated amount of the slip for the purpose of celebrating the day. 2) The District Primary Education Officers shall ensure receipt, distribution and pasting of required number of posters from the concerned District Information Office.

3) On the occasion of Martyr's Day and International Mother Language Day, in coordination with the local administration at the district and upazila levels, drawing competitions, rhyme readings, poetry readings, aesthetic hand writing competitions, essay competitions and cultural programs should be organized for children along with discussion meetings.

4) Doa/prayer should be organized in mosques, temples, churches and other places of worship for the salvation of the souls of language martyrs.

5) To participate in all the programs undertaken by the district and upazila local district administration following proper hygiene rules.
