ভুমিকা

শিক্ষার্থীর শিখন মূল্যায়নের প্রধান উদ্দেশ্য হল শিক্ষার্থীর প্রত্যাশিত শিখন নিশ্চিত করা। । বাস্তবতার নিরিখে মূল্যায়নের ফলাফল যে উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করা হয় তাকে কয়েকটি ভাগে ভাগ করা যায় যথা- ক) শিক্ষার্থীকে মানসম্মত শিখন এর সহায়তা করা খ) শিক্ষার্থীর প্রোফাইল বর্ণনা করা এবং গ) শিক্ষকের শিখন শিখানো প্রক্রিয়ার মানোন্নয়ন করা। শিক্ষার্থী গ্রেড, তার অবস্থান, অগ্রগতি, শিখন চাহিদা, শিক্ষাক্রম ইত্যাদি সবকিছুর উপর মূল্যায়নের প্রভাব রয়েছে।

জাতীয় শিক্ষাক্রম রূপরেখা ২০২১( প্রাথমিক স্তর) অনুযায়ী প্রাথমিক স্তরের মূল্যায়ন পদ্ধতিকে নতুনভাবে সাজানো হয়েছে। প্রাথমিক পদক্ষেপ হিসাবে বর্তমানে প্রথম থেকে তৃতীয় শ্রেণীর সকল বিষয় শিখন মূল্যায়নের জন্য বিদ্যালয় ও শ্রেণী ভিত্তিক মূল্যায়ন বা ধারাবাহিক মূল্যায়ন পদ্ধতি প্রবর্তনের সিদ্ধান্ত গৃহীত হয়েছে।

Summary

The main purpose of assessing student learning is to ensure that students learn as expected. In terms of reality, the purpose for which assessment results are used can be divided into several categories namely- a) To help the student in quality learning b) To describe the profile of the student and c) To improve the teacher's teaching-learning process. Assessment impacts a student's grades, placement, progress, learning needs, curriculum, etc.

The National Curriculum Framework 2021 (Primary Level) has revamped the primary-level assessment system. As an initial step, it has been decided to introduce school and class-based assessment or continuous assessment systems to assess learning in all subjects from class I to III at present.
