Notification regarding withdrawal of original certificate of National University.

সনদ তুলে রাখুন ভবিষ্যতে অবশ্যই কাজে লাগবে/জরুরী প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।

Keep the certificate as it may be useful/urgent in future.

১) আবেদন ফর্ম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের ওয়েবসাইটে পাওয়া যাবে।

২) ২০০১ সালের পুর্বে উত্তীর্ণ শিক্ষার্থীরা আবেদন করতে পারবেন।

৩) আবেদনকারীর নিজস্ব মোবাইল নাম্বার ও ই মেইল এড্ড্রেস ব্যবহার করতে হবে।

৪) প্রত্যেক মুল সনদের বিপরীতে আলাদা আলাদা আবেদকন করতে হবে।

৫) আবেদন ফি এর পে স্লিপ ডাউনলোড করে নিকটসথ সোনালী ব্যাংকের যে কোনো ফী এর টাকা জমা দেয়া যাবে।

৬) আবেদন করার ১৫ দিন এর মধ্যে ফি জমা দিতে হবে। অন্যথায় আবেদনটি বাতিল হয়ে যাবে।

৭) মুল সনদ সংগ্রহ এর সময় সাময়িক সনদ ও ফি জমা দেয়ার রশিদ অবশ্যই জমা দিতে হবে। সাময়িক সনদের মুলকপি ফেরত না দিলে মুল সনদ দেয়া হবে না।

৮) মুল সনদ সংগ্রহ এর স্থান জাতীয় বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের ওয়ান স্টপ সার্ভিস সেন্টার।

1) The application form is available on the university website.

2) Students who passed before 2001 can apply.

3) Applicant's own mobile number and email address should be used.

4) Separate applications should be made against each main certificate.

5) Download the application fee pay slip and deposit any fee with the nearest Sonali Bank.

6) Fee must be submitted within 15 days of application. Otherwise, the application will be rejected.

7) Provisional certificate and fee submission receipt must be submitted at the time of collection of the original certificate. The original certificate will only be issued if the original copy of the temporary certificate is returned.

8) Place of main certificate collection is the One Stop Service Center of the National University.
