.এতদ্বারা মাঠপর্যায় ও সংশ্লিষ্ঠ অন্যান্যদের অবগতির জন্য অবগতির জন্য জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, ২০২১-২২ অর্থ বছরের জানুয়ারি-জুন/২০২২ সময়ের উল্লেখযোগ্য সংখ্যক সুবিধাভোগীর (চাহিদা প্রস্তুতযোগ্য) চাহিদা প্রস্তুত, ক্লাস্টারে প্রেরণ, এইউইও/এটিইও কর্তৃক যাচাই-বাছাই এইউইও/এটিইও কর্তৃক অনুমোদন পেন্ডিং থাকায় এবং শিক্ষার্থী ট্রান্সফার সংক্রান্ত কাজ সম্পন্ন না হওয়ায় উক্ত কার্যক্রম সম্পন্নের নিমিত্ত PESP MIS পোর্টাল আগামী ০৭/০১/২০২৩ তারিখ পর্যন্ত খোলা থাকবে।

ঊল্লেখ্য, ০৮/০১/২০২৩ তারিখ থেকে জানুয়ারি-জুন/২০২২ সময়ের সুবিধাভোগী শিক্ষার্থীর জন্য প্রেরিত চাহিদাসমুহের পে রোল প্রস্তুত করা হবে এবং উপবৃত্তির অর্থ বিতরন সংক্রান্ত কার্যক্রম শুরু করা হবে।

It is hereby informed for the information of the field level and others concerned that the requirements of a significant number of beneficiaries (demand preparers) for the period January-June/2022 for the financial year 2021-22 have been prepared, forwarded to the cluster, scrutinized by AUEO/ATEO pending approval by AUEO/ATEO. Due to the fact that the work related to student transfer has not been completed, the PESP MIS portal will remain open till 07/01/2023 for the completion of the said activities. Note, from 08/01/2023, the payroll will be prepared for the beneficiary students for the period of January-June/2022 along with the requirements sent and the process of disbursement of stipend money will be started.
