সারাংশ 

উপর্যুক্ত বিষয়ের পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে জানানো যাচ্ছে যে প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা অধিদপ্তরে PEMIS সিস্টেমে ২০২৩ সালের বিদ্যালয়ের পর্যায়ে ডাটাএন্ট্রি/ আপডেটের জন্য উন্মুক্ত করা হয়েছে। বিদ্যালয়ে পর্যায়ে হতে প্রদত্ত ডাটা এর মাধ্যমে PEMIS সিস্টেম হতে ২০২৪ সালের পাঠ্যপুস্তকে চাহিদা নিরূপণ করা হবে। পাঠ্যপুস্তকের চাহিদা নিরূপণে নিমিত্ত সকল পর্যায়ের বিদ্যালয় হতে ২০২৩ সালের শিক্ষার্থীর সারাংশ সংক্রান্ত (ধর্মভিত্তিক ক্ষুদ্র নৃগোষ্ঠী  ভিত্তিক) তথ্য এন্ট্রি আপডেট এর বিষয়টি নিশ্চিত করা জরুরী। এমতাবস্থায় আগামী ২৮ ফেব্রুয়ারি ২০২৩ এর মধ্যে সকল বিদ্যালয়ের পর্যায়ে হতে ২০২৩ সালে শিক্ষার্থীর সারাংশ এন্ট্রি/ আপডেটের বিষয়টি নিশ্চিত করার জন্য সকল উপজেলা শিক্ষা অফিসারকে অনুরোধ করা হলো।

Summary

 In view of the above, it is informed that the PEMIS system in the Department of Primary Education has been opened for data entry/updation at the school level for the year 2023.  The demand for 2024 textbooks will be estimated from the PEMIS system through the data provided at the school level.  It is important to ensure the update of data entries regarding the 2023 summary of students (based on religious minorities) from all levels of schools for the purpose of assessing the demand for textbooks.  In this situation, all Upazila Education Officers are requested to confirm the entry/updation of student summary in 2023 from all school level by 28 February 2023.
