DPE's letter (30/01/22) regarding no need for regularization of employment of employees regularized in the Revenue Department from the scheme.

উপর্যুক্ত বিষয়ে পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে জানানো যাচ্ছে যে এস আর ও নম্বরে ১৮৪ ও বিএসআর পাট ১ এর বিধি ৫ এর ৫৩ অনুচ্ছেদ অনুযায়ী প্রকল্প থেকে রাজস্ব খাতে নিয়মিতকরণকৃত কর্মচারীদের চাকরি স্থায়ীকরণের প্রয়োজন নেই। এ বিষয়ে মহাপরিচালক মহোদয়ের অনুমোদন রয়েছে।

In view of the above it is informed that as per SRO No. 184 and Rule 5 of BSR Part 1 para 53 there is no need to regularize the employment of the employees regularized in the revenue sector from the scheme.  The Director General has approved in this regard.
