এতদ্বারা সকলের অবগতির জন্য জানানো যাচ্ছে যে প্রাথমিক ও গণশিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয়ের ১৬ ই সেপ্টেম্বর ২০১৯ খ্রিস্টাব্দের তারিখের পরিপত্র ও মহামান্য সুপ্রিম কোর্টের হাইকোর্ট বিভাগের পিটিশন এর স্থগিতাদেশ অনুযায়ী সরকারি প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ে আউটসোর্সিং পদ্ধতিতে নতুনভাবে জনবল নিয়োগের সুযোগ নাই। প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা অধিদপ্তরে পলিসি ও অপারেশন বিভাগ বা অন্য কোন বিভাগ থেকে সরকারি প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ে আউটসোর্সিং মাধ্যমে দপ্তরী কাম প্রহরীর পদে কোন নিয়োগপত্র ইস্যু করা হয় নাই। কতিপয় অসাধু ব্যক্তি, প্রতিষ্ঠান মাঠ পর্যায় দপ্তরী কাম প্রহরী পদে নিয়োগ পত্র ইস্যু করে সাধারণ মানুষকে বিভ্রান্ত করার অপচেষ্টা চালাচ্ছে। এ ধরনের ব্যক্তি প্রতিষ্ঠানের সন্ধান জানা থাকলে স্থানীয় আইন শৃঙ্খলা বাহিনীর নিকট হস্তান্তর এবং উল্লেখিত বিষয়ের সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলকে সতর্ক থাকার জন্য বিশেষভাবে অনুরোধ করা হলো।

It is hereby informed for the information of all that according to the circular dated 16th September 2019 of the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education and the suspension of the petition of the High Court Division of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, there is no opportunity for new recruitment of manpower in the government primary schools through outsourcing. No appointment letter has been issued for the post of Office Watcher in Government Primary Schools through outsourcing from the Policy and Operations Department or any other department in the Directorate of Primary Education. Some unscrupulous persons, organizations are trying to mislead common people by issuing recruitment letter for field office cum watchman post. If you find out about any such organization, hand it over to the local law enforcement agencies and all those concerned with the mentioned matter are specially requested to be alert.
