সরকারি কর্মচারি, যাঁরা ১৩ হতে ২০ গ্রেডভুক্ত বেতনে চাকরিজীবী। সন্তান ৬ষ্ঠ শ্রেণি হতে ততোর্ধ্ব যেকোনো শ্রেনিতে অধ্যয়নরত থাকতে হবে। সর্বোচ্চ ২ জন সন্তানের জন্য আবেদন করা যাবে। পিতা-মাতা উভয়ে সরকারি কর্মচারী হলে যেকোনো একজনের নামে আবেদন করতে হবে। চাকুরীজীবি, বিবাহিত কিংবা বেকার সন্তানের জন্য শিক্ষাবৃত্তি প্রাপ্য হবেন না। সকল গ্রেডের অক্ষম, অবসরপ্রাপ্ত ও মৃত কর্মচারীর সন্তানের জন্য আবেদন করা যাবে।

ফরমের প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্যগুলো সংগ্রহ করে কর্মচারী কল্যাণ বোর্ডের ওয়েবসাইটে রেজিষ্ট্রেশনকৃত মোবাইল নম্বর ও পাসওয়ার্ড দিয়ে রেজিস্ট্রেশন করার মাধ্যমে আবেদন সম্পন্ন করতে হবে। এরপর আবেদনপত্র ডাউনলোড করে এর প্রিন্ট কপি বের করতে হবে। আবেদনের প্রিন্ট কপিতে সন্তানদের শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান প্রধানের স্বাক্ষর, কর্মচারীর অফিস প্রধানের স্বাক্ষর ও অফিসের স্বারক নং বসাতে হবে। কর্মচারী কল্যাণ বোর্ডের ওয়েবসাইটে পুনরায় লগইন করে স্বাক্ষরযুক্ত আবেদনপত্র এবং সন্তানদের পরীক্ষার ফলাফলের মূল নম্বর ফর্দের ফটোকপি (১ম শ্রেণির গেজেটেড কর্মকর্তা/প্রতিষ্ঠান প্রধান কর্তৃক সত্যায়িত) স্ক্যান করে সেগুলো আপলোড করার মাধ্যমে আবেদনের কাজ সম্পন্ন করতে হবে।

বাংলাদেশ কর্মচারী কল্যাণ বোর্ডের ২০২২-২০২৩ অর্থবছরে ১৩-২০ গ্রেডে (পূর্বে ছিল ১১-২০ গ্রেড) কর্মরত সরকারি কর্মচারীর সন্তানদের জন্য শিক্ষাবৃত্তির দরখাস্ত আহবান করা হয়েছে (১৬/০১/২৩ থেকে ২৮/০২/২৩ পর্যন্ত)।
শর্তসমূহ :

Last date of application: 28th February 2023 AD till 4 PM.
Bangladesh Employees Welfare Board has invited applications for scholarships for children of government employees working in grades 13-20 (earlier grades 11-20) for the financial year 2022-2023 (from 16/01/23 to 28/02/23).
Conditions:
👉 Govt employees are employed on salary in grades 13 to 20.
👉 Child should be studying in any class above 6th standard.
👉 Maximum 2 children can apply.
👉 If both the parents are government employees then the application should be made in the name of either one.
👉 Children employed, married or unemployed are not eligible for scholarships.
👉 Children of disabled, retired and deceased employees of all grades can apply.
Required_Documents:
👉 Photo and signature of a government employee.
👉 Govt Employee Pay Fixation Number and NID Number.
👉 Previous class mark sheet of the child which should be attested by the head of the educational institution.
Application_Process :
There are three steps to complete the application process.
👉 The application should be completed by collecting the required information of the form and registering with the registered mobile number and password on the website of the Employee Welfare Board. After that download the application form and take out its print copy.
👉 The signature of the head of the children's educational institution, the signature of the head of the employee's office and the reference number of the office should be placed on the print copy of the application.
👉 Re-login to the Employee Welfare Board website and complete the application process by scanning and uploading the signed application form. The photocopies of the children's examination result original number form (attested by the 1st class gazetted officer/head of the institution).
[Note:- Headteachers or senior assistants of primary schools are also excluded from the scope of application like last time. Only assistants who have yet to obtain timescale/higher grade can apply for their children studying above 6th standard.]
